On October 29, 2015, a three-person group of CIBRUSH organizing committee came to Anlu, Hubei, where the factory of Hubei Zhifeng CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. is located. Zhifeng has been deeply involved in the brush-making equipment industry for more than 30 years, has dozens of industry inventions, and has accumulated a high reputation in the industry.

　　Mr. Chen Yongzhi, general manager of Zhifeng Company, cordially received the three members of the organizing committee. As a senior and expert in the industry, Mr. Chen first introduced us in detail a number of CNC integrated brush making equipment developed by Zhifeng Company. Mr. Chen’s introduction gave us a deeper understanding of the brush-making equipment in terms of equipment model, function, and working principle. Next, Mr. Chen led us to the R&D, production, assembly, storage and other departments with great interest. Through on-site observation, everyone found the answer to why Zhifeng Company can maintain its leading position in the industry. During the visit, the biggest highlight was that I saw a number of brush-making robots currently developed by Zhifeng in the R&D department. These robots can independently complete all the processes in the brush production process. Since the product has not been officially launched on the market, more details cannot be disclosed in the article. Mr. Chen Yongzhi hopes that these brush-making robots can be shown on the CIBRUSH exhibition site in 2016!

　　After visiting the factory, Mr. Chen invited us to the meeting room for a discussion. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the status quo of the brush making industry on the following issues:

　　1. Brush manufacturers, while aware of the use of advanced equipment, how to deal with the problem of combining equipment, raw materials and technical personnel.

　　2. Brush manufacturing companies, how to correctly purchase production equipment suitable for the company's own conditions.

　　3. How can brush-making equipment suppliers better provide after-sales service for brush manufacturers?

　　4. At present, equipment operators in the brush-making industry lack professional control knowledge and skills, resulting in a mismatch between hardware and software and unable to achieve the expected product quality and efficiency.

　　Through in-depth discussions on the above issues, the two parties have also studied and discussed some corresponding solutions. In the future, both parties will try their best to implement feasible solutions and work together for the long-term development of China's brush industry.
