   2. Boiled process: The boiled process can be divided into three stages: preliminary shaping, shaping, and washing. Preliminary shaping stage: Put the sieve with the aluminum cans into the water (wood trough, pre-made trough, iron cans), and then put in clean water to submerge the bristle with a depth of 10cm, and properly release steam until the water temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius. 4 hours. Shaping stage: When the water temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius, add ammonia water with a concentration of 24% to 25% for shaping (the ratio of ammonia to water is 1 to 1000). During the boiling process, the floating matter should be removed at any time while boiling. When the boiling duration is reached, take out the sieve, drain the water, and clean the boiling device. Rinse stage: Rinse the boiled bristles to remove impurities from the boiled bristles until they are cleaned.
  
  3. Drying process 1. The bristles put into the drying should be divided into batches, and neatly discharged in the drying room for drying. According to different colors and specifications, the temperature and time of drying can be flexibly controlled. In order to avoid scorching the tip of the bristles, the bristles are slightly bent, and the bristle stems become brittle, in general, the temperature should be dried at 80 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius for 24 hours. 2. During drying, in order to avoid whiteness and yellowing of flowers and lustre, the bristles that have been dried for the first time must be timely removed from indoor moisture, so that the temperature can be raised quickly and the moisture can be discharged quickly. 3. For the dried bristles, pour out the aluminum cans and arrange them in the box in order according to different colors and specifications. It is strictly forbidden to do the test and record the straightness.
  
   Fourth. Finished process 1. Scatter the dried ground bristles on the chopping board, blend them one to three times to make the tips of the bristles even, and then knead them. The production process of the finished product is implemented in accordance with the current implementation of the "National Standard for Export of Boiled Bristle" GB 8214-87. 2. Packaging process requirements (1). Before packing, arrange the bundled bristles, remove the floating bristles and dust, and pack them with the corresponding grade of bristles. (2). Put the packaged bristles into a carton with moisture-proof paper, liner paper and insect repellent bag in order of black, white, and flower grades. Mixed packing is strictly prohibited. Quantity of insect repellent: 25kg in carton, each box contains 0.0625 kg of insect repellent (two bags). (3). The head of the packing box must be clearly printed in Chinese and English, and the packing box must be bound with a plastic waist when packing. The specific requirements for strapping: the carton should be strapped 10cm away from the outer end of the box, and the adhesive tape should not exceed 5cm from the box head when pasting, and it should be firm and tidy. (4). The packing list should be affixed to the upper right corner of both ends of the box. The requirements are consistent with the goods, the imprint is clear, and the paste is correct.
