  1. Our company trains technical personnel for all customers free of charge, and provides free accommodation and food during the training period.
  2. All equipment ordered by the customer must be fully tested by the relevant person in charge of the factory before the factory and the products produced are tested. After all the requirements are met, the equipment is qualified and shipped.
  3. All parts assembled by our company are equipped with corresponding numbers and production records. The machine is also attached to the customer's operation manual, assembly drawing, and related maintenance instructions.
  4. Therefore, the equipment, from the date of the machine, the computer part and the mechanical part are free of charge for the following year (except for wearing parts).
  5. Our company establishes a detailed purchase file for each customer, and stocks a batch of commonly used vulnerable parts at the warehouse.
  6. After receiving the customer complaint and sudden fault fax and telephone, the after-sales department will make a telephone or fax reply within 1 day (except legal holidays).
  7. Regardless of whether you have become a contracted customer of our company, we can provide you with free technical advice and guidance.
  8. Our company can provide production samples or board services according to customer requirements.
  9. Regardless of whether you are engaged in the brush industry, we can design and manufacture special CNC equipment for your special products.
